I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC), and Certified Grief Therapist, and I've built my life and practice in a quiet, mountainous corner of the world. There's a deep sense of peace here, and I believe every person deserves to find that same kind of fulfilling, grounded place in their own life — whatever they’re carrying – whatever that looks like for them.

If you're struggling with issues such anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, or substance use, please know you don't have to figure it out alone. I bring together different approaches — including CBT, IPT, and ACT — because I believe therapy should fit you, not the other way around. Together, we'll find the path forward that makes sense for your life and your story.

I love meeting with clients in person, where a lot of healing happens in the small, quiet moments of connection — but I also offer telehealth, because I want this to be accessible to you wherever you are. My biggest hope is that you leave our sessions feeling truly heard, understood, and never alone in what you're going through.

 

When I'm not in the office, I'm cherishing time with my family. I'm married with four children and eight grandchildren, who fill my life with joy and remind me every day what really matters. Outside of that, you'll find me tending my garden, cooking, or out simply enjoying the mountains. These quiet moments in nature remind me why I do this work, and why I believe so deeply that peace is something worth pursuing, together.
